We ship to all parts of India, including major cities, towns and remote areas. Orders from Jammu & Kashmir, Northeast states and islands may require additional delivery time.

- Delayed shipments: Contact us after 7 working days
- Non-delivery: Report within 10 working days
- Damaged goods: Notify within 48 hours with photos

- Cancellations accepted within 6 hours of order placement
- Address changes permitted only before shipment dispatch
