SIM Boutiques – Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (mis-shipped).
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with all tags attached).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (if applicable).
- Any item without original tags or showing signs of wear/washing.
3. Return Process
- Contact us within [7] days of delivery at support@simboutiques.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue (if defective/damaged)
- We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
- Do not return items without approval—they won’t be accepted.
4. Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was ours (e.g., wrong item shipped).
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for defective/wrong items (subject to availability).
